Heidi has pioneered innovation and advanced scientific research and technology in several cutting-edge fields, including cellular agriculture, complex 3D cell culture, and scale-up of industrial cell culture. She is the former Director of Product Development and Innovation at Matrix Food Technologies and is Nexture Bio’s cell culture SME.

Graeme has over 15 years of experience building brands and growing companies. He has worked with a range of organizations and companies in the alternative protein industry, including cellular agriculture startups, plant-based companies, and VC firms. At Nexture, Graeme leads growth efforts across business development, marketing, sales, and operations.

With 18 years of biotech experience spanning enzyme discovery for biofuels and industrial manufacturing, cannabis, and cell-cultured chocolate, Katie has consistently worked at the forefront of emerging industries. At Nexture, Katie leads operations and quality control, ensuring that processes run efficiently, products meet rigorous quality standards, and the team is equipped to deliver innovative solutions to customers.

Materials Scientist
Harison is an experienced polymer chemist with over seven years of postdoctoral research in advanced materials development, including polymers, nanocomposites, and biomaterials. His expertise spans across biomedical applications, active packaging, energy solutions, and renewable resource utilization.
Vaishali Krishnadoss, PhD
Materials Scientist
Vaishali is a materials engineer with experience spanning academia and industry. She specializes in the development and scale-up of fabricated polymers using various techniques, including electrospinning and 3D printing for life science and biomedical applications. Her work bridges material science and translational applications.

Eric is the Founder and CEO of GoodHumans Strategy & Design Agency, a full-service food innovation consultancy for a climate-changing world. He is the former VP of Global Regulatory and Public Policy at UPSIDE Foods and a U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulator. Eric is also the host of Food Truths, a podcast by The Spoon that debunks food myths.

Jingwei Xie is a professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Transplantation and Holland Regenerative Medicine Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Xie is an internationally recognized expert in biomaterials, tissue engineering, drug delivery, and regenerative medicine. His research focuses on the design and fabrication of advanced nanostructured materials for clinical applications.
