Nexture Bio Return Policy

At Nexture Bio, we are committed to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. To maintain product integrity and safety, we have outlined the following return policy.

Customers may request a return within ten (10) days of receiving their order, provided the product remains in its original, unopened, and sterile packaging. The packaging must be intact, with all labels and seals unbroken. To initiate a return, customers are required to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from our team. Please contact info@nexturebio.com to initiate a return.

If a shipment arrives damaged, we ask that you notify us within ten (10) days of delivery. Please retain the original shipping box and clearly note any visible damage on the delivery documentation. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns of opened, used, de-sterilized, or expired microcarriers. Items stored outside recommended conditions or altered in any way are also ineligible for return.

All return shipments must reference the assigned RGA number on both the package label and the enclosed documentation. Customers are responsible for using a traceable, insured shipping method to ensure safe and verifiable delivery. Shipping instructions will be provided upon issuance of the RGA.

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within fourteen (14) business days from the date of return approval. In cases of customer error, any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
